Main ingredients: fresh tomatoes, Canned Tomato Paste, pepper, garlic, ginger, sliced onions, preferred meat, vegetable, cabbage, carrot, green & red paprika, Green Peas…

- You may choose to make this dish with canned tomatoes only or with both fresh tomatoes and canned tomato paste.
- Season your chosen meat with garlic, ginger, onion and stock seasoning
- Fry the fresh tomatoes which is blended together with garlic, ginger and or other spices as preferred
- Add a couple of stock cubes relating to the meat being used for extra flavouring
- Pour the liquid from the seasoned meat on the fried tomatoes and add a bit of pepper and let it cook for a while
- Add chopped mushrooms, green & Red Paprika,
- Add a measured amount of rice to the sauce and let it cook for about 15 minutes.Constantly check to prevent burning
- Add chopped onions, cabbage, carrot, some more paprika when the Jollof is almost ready
- Fry the seasoned meat
- Serve hot
